Ngozi Nwafor
Ngozi Nwafor is a senior civil servant, she is a principal registrar in the judiciary, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and Health Education from Ebonyi state university, she has participated in various workshops and conferences aimed at building and improving the policies and work ethics of the staff of the judiciary.
She has many years of working experience in the public sector and she is passionate about Organizational Capacity Building, Policy Advocacy, Female Leadership, Politics and Governance.
Ngozi Nwafor is equipped with mind-blowing mental skills such as- Organizational Process Design, Redesign and Management, Documentation, Policy and Procedures Development, Organizational Capacity Assessment and Design.
In her spare time, she plays Golf at the Golf club where she is a member, watches thrillers and documentaries on Netflix, reads a novel or self-help book. She is an incredibly happy-to-be-with person. In her words” I believe that what I say is as important as what I do, and I do not take this for granted, as I know leadership starts with oneself, learning to lead yourself, to lead your space, to lead your community-This defines the ultimate call to lead a Nation, a Continent and a Generation.
