Kada Ngbale

Kada Lawrence Ngbale is a Public Servant currently serving as a Senior Labour Officer with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment. In 2020, he was selected as one of 25 pioneering Bridge Fellows by the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.

As a Bridge Fellow, he was assigned to the Solid Minerals, Mining and Steel Development Thematic Working Group which drafted Nigeria’s new National Development Plan, as a Technical Assistant. This unique opportunity accorded him the privilege of gaining knowledge on the intricacies of policy making.

In both roles, he has found fulfillment being part of teams that have contributed towards Nigeria’s gradual transformation. Kada is skilled in the areas of research, data mining collation, policy analysis, writing and team management. His desire to serve is informed by a passion for data-driven policy making and the equitable distribution of resources.

A student of History and International Business Management, Kada is constantly seeking ways in which the intersection of his studies will be valuable to the growth and development of Nigeria. A quest that made him seek a place in the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship with the Bridge Leadership Foundation.

Kada’s interests besides cultural studies and analysing current affairs includes, but are not limited to, reading, writing, horse riding, hiking, travelling and listening to music. He looks forward to a fellowship period of learning, sharing, engaging and value addition to the community and country.
