Frank Funkeye Sapele, Ph.D. in Political Science, is a Lecturer, Consultant, and young political leader who is dedicated to promoting effective leadership and its ethical values. With a strong belief in excellence, service delivery, and good character, he strives to achieve organizational goals through collaboration and goal-setting.
Dr. Sapele previously served as a member of the Directorate of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigeria. From 2014 to 2016, he volunteered in the Republic of Uganda, gaining valuable experience in international affairs, effective governance, policy-making and implementation, development administration, politics and leadership, entrepreneurship development, modern approaches in electoral behaviors, youth expertise identification, capacity development, and more. He is a passionate advocate for the re-orientation of transformational leadership styles.
As an accomplished author, Dr. Sapele has written several notable books, including “Perspectives and Issues in International Relations,” “Public Administration: Concepts, Theories, and Practices,” “The Basis in Research Methods,” “Issues in Local Government Administration and Rural Development,” “Military in Politics,” and “The Praxis of Federalism: A Comparative Analysis.”
Furthermore, Dr. Sapele has actively participated in conferences, presenting papers on various topics such as record-keeping and management, the impacts of group terrorism on productivity and employee drive, political science research and sustainable development, e-governance, federalism, effective leadership and organizational performance, and more. His contributions in Nigeria and abroad have added to the scholarly discourse and understanding in these areas.
