Ivy Ikpeme-Mbakwem is presently the Chief Experience Officer for Africa Prudential Plc, who wears various hats as a leader. As a Customer Experience Leader, with work experience spanning 19+ years in Nigeria and Africa, in the Banking, Telecommunications and Capital Market sectors, she has project-managed the implementation of Customer Service Teams in different African countries, led customer Service Teams to high performance and championed Culture Change Programs, and Business Process Re-engineering projects.

Ivy is a passionate customer experience expert and is Customer Service Certified (CSC) from the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) & Rockhurst University Continuing Education Centre (Kansas, USA). She is an alumnus of the University of Calabar and the Emeritus Institute of Management, and is also a member of the prestigious John Maxwell Team as a Leadership Coach and certified DISC Behavioural Analysis Trainer.

Her greatest passion is People. She lives to LEAD, SERVE and GROW people by adopting coaching, mentoring and training interventions; areas she uses as a platform to impact and bring about a transformation in their personal lives. As a Speaker / Trainer, she has facilitated customer experience trainings/workshops for SME’s, and for Women her Signature Leadership Training – ‘Becoming a Woman of Influence. She has also been a guest speaker and panellist on international platforms, television shows and radio programs.

As a Life Transformation Coach, she contributes to the overall wellness of women by helping them self-HEAL, RESET their minds and EXPRESS themselves purposefully in their chosen path. As an Author of her first book ‘A Bouquet From the Flames’ she leverages it as a platform to fuel her mission to help each woman who has experienced any form of pain or setback to #growthoughpain and lead a fulfilled life.

She is an Associate and Mentor with the prestigious WimBiz, providing leadership support to other young women in their growth areas. She loves to cook, read, write, doodle, play chess and create.
