Ajibola Disu is National Activist and Seasoned Digital Product Manager, boasting over a decade of experience within the financial industry. In 2023, he boldly ventured into the realm of politics, contesting for a seat in the Lagos State House Of Assembly representing Eti Osa 2 (Ikoyi & Victoria Island). Concurrently, he pursued further education, graduating from the prestigious School Of Politics, Policy & Governance in the same year.
His dedication to societal progress is evident through his extensive volunteer work. Since 2015, Ajibola has been an active contributor to the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, engaging in various thematic groups such as Trade, Investment & Competitiveness, Financial Markets Policy Commission, and National Assembly Business Economic Roundtable. Additionally, he has dedicated his time to nurturing local communities in Lagos by volunteering with the Lagos Food Bank.
Throughout his endeavours, Ajibola thrives on collaborative efforts that drive Nigeria’s transformation forward. He possesses expertise in digital finance and strategy, policy analysis, and adept problem-solving skills. Rooted in his passion for socio-economic empowerment, he advocates for the equitable distribution of resources through the refinement of public policy.
Ajibola holds an MSC in Investment & Finance from Queen Mary University Of London, further enriching his knowledge and capabilities. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds solace and inspiration in reading, running, travelling, and indulging in music.
Presently, Ajibola seeks to expand his horizons, actively seeking opportunities to learn, engage, and collaborate on initiatives that add value to his community and country. He remains steadfast in his commitment to driving positive change and contributing meaningfully to the betterment of society.
