W. Bruce DelValle is a founder and principal shareholder of Sims DelValle PLLC, a commercial and civil litigation firm located in Washington, D.C. and Florida, USA with an international client base. Mr. DelValle is a passionate advocate for his clients and works tirelessly to obtain the best possible result for them, no matter how daunting or seemingly impossible the task may seem. Mr. DelValle utilizes his legal experience and critical thought process skills to develop strategies designed to always maximize the opportunity for success as well as add value to his client’s cause. Mr. DelValle has extensive experience relating to clients, matters and interests in a variety of African nations, including the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Republic of Sierra Leone, the Republic of the Sudan, the Gabonese Republic, the Togolese Republic and the Republic of Ambazonia/Southern Cameroons. Additionally, Mr. DelValle also regularly drafts various legislative initiatives that are aimed at assisting African and Middle Eastern nations and Non-Governmental Organizations (“NGO’s”). Mr. DelValle has been actively involved in strategic planning of cultural and economic development programs for the Niger Delta Region using public and private funding mechanisms. Mr. DelValle has prepared petitions and appeared before the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, and has also prepared documents and petitions to file before the ECOWAS Court and with Nigerian tribunals.

Mr. DelValle has relied upon his scientific background and extensive experience in technology, agricultural, and related business, governmental and related complex litigation matters to assist clients globally in representation of international litigations, including chemical and agricultural pesticide and Chinese defective firearms products liability litigation, computer software developers and construction litigation along with agricultural and software inventors, film makers, performing artists and music composers in several intellectual property and contract matters. He has served as first chair and Chief Litigation Counsel in numerous hurricane casualty loss insurance coverage litigations and construction defect and commercial law actions involving claims in excess of $150 million dollars in federal and state court actions. He has extensive experience in insurance coverage dispute litigations, health care matters and PPE acquisition issues. Mr. DelValle has also served as lead counsel in federal and state court litigations involving an internet university and a multi-location Charter School. Mr. DelValle has extensive experience in complex and hard-fought employment litigation and labor union disputes and contract negotiations. Mr. DelValle represents, among others, various individual human rights, civil rights, and constitutional law litigants, as well as individuals and companies involved in complex civil and political litigation on a worldwide basis. He is actively involved as sole or lead counsel in numerous federal and state lawsuits nationwide as well as foreign litigation for international clients.

Mr. DelValle graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University School of Law. Following his graduation, Mr. DelValle served as Law Clerk to former Chief Judge Norman C. Roettger, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. DelValle is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar (inactive status) and numerous Federal Court Trial and Appellate Bars.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. DelValle graduated from Pennsylvania State University and worked as a Level I and II Nuclear Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer and Field Engineer for the Bechtel Power Corporation and as a Consultant in the nuclear power industry at nine (9) different nuclear power stations under construction from coast-to-coast in the U.S.

Mr. DelValle now works primarily at his offices in Washington, D.C. and resides in Maryland with his wife and two children.

Mr. DelValle makes frequent national and international television appearances on NEWSMAX, Al-Jazeera and is a regular commentator on TRT as a constitutional law, political and international law expert. Mr. DelValle often publishes law review articles, scholarly and opinion articles and Op. Eds. concerning constitutional, environmental, energy, technology, and international law issues in several prominent legal and political publications, such as American Thinker, The Hill, Independent Journal Review, iPatriot, Western Journalism, The Environmental Law Review, and others.
