At the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship (EPLF), we believe that leadership is not just taught, it is practiced. One of the ways we instill this discipline is through our monthly Fellows Scorecard, which tracks attendance, punctuality, active participation in class, and timely completion of assignments and tasks. For the months of September and October 2026, our Fellows raised the bar.
A Remarkable Growth Story
In September, we celebrated 12 Outstanding Fellows. The top scorers achieved an impressive 98%, showing strong commitment early in the fellowship journey. The list included Dr. Ruth Bassey, Arinze Onyeka, Victoria Nwanne, Chuwang Pam, Oluwatoyin Magbagbeola, Timothy Amah, James Nda, Olaniyan Remilekun, and Solomon Obiora with 98%, while Samuel Samson scored 96%, and Emmanuel Musa and Boluwatife Ajiboye scored 93%.
By October, the story got even better. The number grew to 14 Outstanding Fellows, with nine Fellows achieving a perfect 100% score. This growth reflects not just improved individual performance, but a collective culture of excellence within the cohort. Our October Outstanding Fellows include Dr. Ruth Bassey, Arinze Onyeka, Victoria Nwanne, Emmanuel Musa, Olaniyan Remilekun, Timothy Amah, Solomon Obiora, Oluwatoyin M., and Samson Samuel, all with 100%. They were closely followed by Boluwatife Ajiboye, Chuwang Pam, and James Nda with 98%, and Godson Nwankwo and Popoola Olalekan with 95%.
Why We Celebrate Consistency
The Fellows of the Month recognition is more than just numbers on a scorecard. It is about building the habits that sustainable leadership requires: showing up, being punctual, engaging thoughtfully, and delivering on commitments. These are the same values that will shape how our Fellows lead in their communities and in public office.
We are incredibly proud of every Fellow who made the list for September and October. Your consistency is paying off, and you are setting a standard for others to follow.
To the entire 2026 cohort, thank you for your dedication. Let this inspire you to do more in the coming months.
Congratulations to all our Outstanding Fellows!
