Sam Hart is a forward-thinking and driven individual who has held various sensitive offices in Nigeria at both the federal and state levels. A seasoned traveler, he has visited 27 countries across 5 continents and has extensively traveled throughout Nigeria.
Mr. Hart’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Abia State University, a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Abia State University, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. Additionally, he is an Oracle (10g) Certified Database Administrator/Professional.
He has also attended various self-development and leadership training courses at institutions such as the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Acumen Academy, BLOXHUB Summer School, Project Management Institute, Lagos Business School, African Leadership Centre, and the New York Mentoring Institute. Mr. Hart is an alumnus of the US State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
A member of several professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Mr. Hart has served/is currently serving on various federal and state government technical committees, including:
– Member, Manufacturing Technical Working Group
– Special Adviser to the Abia State Government
– Director General, Abia State Marketing and Quality Management Agency
– Chairman, Communications Technical Working Group, Abia State Long Term Development Plan 2050
– Member, Board of Trustees, Network of Non-Oil Export Practitioners of Nigeria
– Member, 3-man Team that developed the Communication Blueprint of the National Action Committee on AIDS.
