DTM Sonye Allanah, a Certified Etiquette & Image Consultant, Public Speaking Coach, Corporate Trainer and Life coach, is a former career diplomat of over 20 years, with vast experience in diplomatic protocol and etiquette practice at the highest level. She served as the first female Director of Protocol to a Nigerian President, (President Olusegun Obasanjo) She has closely assisted in the organisation of State and Official visits, including that of Queen Elizabeth II, the King and Queen of Spain, Margaret Thatcher and President Bush, to mention but a few. She has also organised numerous Protocol and Etiquette Training Programmes and Retreats for high-level Public Functionaries, Captains of Industry, Corporate Organisations and at the Presidency.
Mrs. Allanah has a passion for youths and women. She is the Grand Patron of the Association of Nigerian Female Students (ANFS). She speaks French, German and English. A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), she has been a frequent Guest Speaker on various radio and Television stations on topical issues bordering on Soft Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. She is a Fellow of the Foreign Relations Professionals. Mrs. Allanah set up and managed the Government Relations Department at Total E&P Nigeria Ltd. from where she retired in 2019.
