Idorenyen Ukpai is a Noble with a call to create value in every piece he  envisions. A dedicated Security Specialist and Humanitarian officer committed to fostering  social equity, inclusive security, and sustainable development in Nigeria and across global  communities. With an academic background spanning History, International Relations,  Diplomacy, Leadership, Criminology, and Humanitarian Studies, he brings a multidisciplinary  approach to addressing complex societal challenges.

At Lagos State University, he achieved both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees; immersing  himself in the dynamic environment of the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance (SPPG),  which significantly enhanced his expertise and prepared him for impactful contributions in his  field; and a member of the Institute of Security, Nigeria.

As a Security Professional, Idorenyen leverages his expertise in risk management, policy  development, and conflict resolution to enhance safety frameworks. Simultaneously, as a  Humanitarian Officer, he actively engages in initiatives that promote education, welfare, and  social justice, ensuring marginalized persons and communities receive fair opportunities.

Driven by a vision of collaborative transformation, he partners with organizations,  policymakers, and grassroots movements to implement programs that drive long-term societal  impact. Beyond his professional pursuits, Idorenyen is an avid learner, traveller, and advocate  for humanitarian causes, believing in the power of knowledge, empathy, and collective action  to build a better world.

He is the founder of Noblepiece Africa, an organization committed to helping young  individuals create sustainable academic and career paths. By transforming ideas into reality, he  aims to empower the youth. His passion and determination for social and community  development drive his active participation in transformative initiatives both within Nigeria and  beyond.
