Katsina State Coordinator of the Atiku Support Organization/Coordinator for the Arewa Youth & Women Association for Good Governance (AYWAGG) Katsina State Chapter
Yasir Ibrahim is from Katsina State, Katsina Local Government Area. He is a former legislative aide to the Member Representing Katsina Central Federal Constituency and Chairman Committee on Interior, Aminu Ahmed Chindo, the PDP flag bearer in the just-concluded 2025 Katsina Local Government Chairman Election. He is also currently serving as the Katsina State Coordinator of the Atiku Support Organization.
Additionally, he is the Coordinator for the Arewa Youth & Women Association for Good Governance (AYWAGG) Katsina State Chapter, a not-for-profit organization that works to identify and empower youth and women who aspire to hold public offices in the Northern part of Nigeria. Through this initiative, over 1,000 young people and women have been reached and developed with the necessary skills, inspiration, and resources they need to thrive in their political endeavors.
His long-term career goal is to influence positive change in his community through effective representation and to become a source of inspiration and hope for millions of young people in Nigeria who aspire to hold public offices.
