Disability Rights Advocate| Inclusion Governance| Educator| Youth Leader |Agripreneur/Special Assistant on Disability Affairs to the Executive Chairman of Ringim LGA

He holds a degree in Special Education and Geography from Bayero University, Kano, and has served in multiple leadership capacities, including as the Special Assistant on Disability Affairs to the Executive Chairman of Ringim LGA. In this role, he successfully championed the establishment of inclusive classrooms for Deaf pupils and initiated adult literacy programs for illiterate Deaf individuals. Currently volunteering as Secretary General at Jigawa State Disability  APC Campaign Committee and Youth Leader at Jigawa State Association of Deaf (JSAD).

Mutari is the Co-Founder and Director of the Empowerment through Education Initiative (E2E Initiative), an NGO founded in June 2024 that is dedicated to empowering Individuals with Disabilities through Education, mentorship, training, Workshop and advocacy for their rights across Nigeria and West Africa. His work has impacted over 700 farmers through his role as an Agricultural Extension Agent under Jigawa Agricultural and Rural Development Authority JARDA, where he also represents persons with disabilities.

He is a YALI RLC West Africa alumnus and recipient of several leadership honors, including the LEAP Africa Pathway Grant. His vision is to create a world where all individuals, regardless of ability, can access equal opportunities in all aspects of life and reach their full potential.
