Kelly-Daniel Oshiogwemue is an Entrepreneur, Visionary Leader, and Social Innovator. As the Chief Executive Officer of Learngency Limited, Kelly-Daniel spearheads an innovative education technology company dedicated to harnessing the power of technology to enhance learning outcomes. With a strong background in statistics, leadership and development, Kelly-Daniel has cultivated a unique blend of expertise in statistical analysis, management, social innovation, policy influence, and community empowerment. Before founding Learngency, Kelly-Daniel held significant leadership roles, including Resident Pastor at Living Faith Church and key positions at major organizations such as Nigeria Bottling Company Plc, Globacom Limited, and EIC Corporation. His experience extends to volunteer roles with Statistics without Borders, USA, and CIVICUS Global Alliance.
In 2024, Kelly-Daniel co-founded the Citizens Initiative for Social and Economic Development (CISED Africa), a non-partisan policy institute focused on evidence-based policy decisions and empowering marginalized communities. Under his leadership, CISED Africa is currently conducting impactful research, including studies on voter behavior, poverty, inequality, and maternal and child health in Nigeria. Kelly-Daniel’s vision is centered on promoting transformative governance in Nigeria and Africa through three key pillars: Digital Democracy, enhancing accountability, inclusive governance, and citizen participation; Economic Inclusion, empowering women, youth, and the vulnerables; and Intergenerational Governance, Building and strengthening institutions for sustainable development.
Kelly-Daniel is a Member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and the Chartered Institute of Statisticians of Nigeria (CISON). He is a 2017 fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative and a 2020 TeachSDG ambassador, committed to popularizing the Sustainable Development Goals in schools and driving impactful change across Africa. With over a decade of experience in the development and democracy space, Kelly-Daniel continues to inspire transformative leadership and social innovation, leveraging his expertise to empower communities and promote inclusive development.
