Ajibola Oladiipo is a food policy analyst and project manager focused on public sector innovation in Nigeria. With a background in Food Technology and over nine years of experience, he works at the intersection of policy reform, community development, and sustainable systems.
He leads policy work at the Nigeria Food Security Project, developing data-driven strategies to reduce post-harvest losses, improve food access, and boost rural economies. Ajibola’s expertise also extends to WASH, waste management, and environmental sustainability, shaped by collaborations with organizations such as the Norwegian Refugee Council, Action Against Hunger, and multiple Nigerian state governments.
As project manager for a Gates Foundation–funded $4.6 million maternal and neonatal health initiative, he is managing the development of a digital innovation strategy to improve health outcomes by embedding technology and local insight into our midwifery systems.
With Diary of a Patriot, a civic platform, he brings together changemakers to develop homegrown solutions to Nigeria’s challenges. His work has influenced development discourse with youngsters across the country.
